Many people that have a mild sun allergy believe they are experiencing suffering from sunburn after being in the sun a short time.
We seldom hear of this allergy because of this belief. Sun allergies are more common than you might think.
The sun is the best way our bodies can make vitamin D but some people just have problems that make the enjoyment of this energy source a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Understanding a Sun Allergy
If you get itchy red rashes on the back of your hands, the surface of your arms and legs and in the neck area after spending just a few minutes in the sun, your immune system may not be able to handle excessive sunlight.
Your itchy red patches will usually go away on their own after a couple of days without further exposure to the sun so there is usually no need to panic and seek medical treatment. If the problem persists, it’s a good idea to consult with your medical professional.
A warm bath can sometimes soothe the itchiness and there are also over-the-counter medications and various home remedies such as vinegar and water to provide relief.
If you are one of the unfortunate few that gets hives and has blisters develop even in areas not directly exposed to the sun, your sun allergy warrants you seeing a dermatologist BEFORE you try to treat your raw skin. You may successfully treat your skin without seeing a medical professional if you have enough knowledge to apply the right treatment but why risk permanent skin blemishes if you aren’t 100 percent sure what you will be using is the right thing for the problem.
You do not want to risk infections or possibly do anything that may leave discolorations or scars.
It is a good idea for everyone to wear protective clothing and sun block while in the sun but for people that have a sun allergy it is a necessity to avoid skin problems or worse.

Halitosis otherwise known as bad breath can ruin your outlook on the day. Gum disease or gingivitis can also make you feel and smell bad but you can solve these problems naturally within a week by changing a few simple things in your life.
While it is true that 85% to 90% of the bad breath originates in the mouth there are times when the cause originates in another part of your body. The bad breath you experience in these instances may be a sign you need to pay attention to your over all health and not just your oral health.
Did you know dehydration, yeast infections, stress, bad foods, poor digestion can all create bad breath? Poor oral hygiene has a LOT of company in causing halitosis.
Some causes of bad breath are:
- Certain types of food. onions, garlic, etc.
- Food particles that get caught between teeth or between the teeth and gums.
- Poor oral hygiene.
- Some medications including allergy medications.
- Post nasal drip.
- Some medical conditions.
Some experienced medical professionals have smelled the odors associated with cancer, yeast infection and other medical conditions so frequently that they have a very good guess at what is causing your medical problem just by smelling your breath. They can then run the exact test or exam needed to prove the breath identified the correct problem.
There is another post on Natural Remedies Products that talks about the importance of hydration to you and your health and your breath is just one more reason to drink more water.
Good oral hygiene will take care of the vast majority of bad breath but you need more knowledge to tackle gingivitis and gum diseases. Chris Gibson has written a great resource titled No More Bad Breath and Gum Disease: How I Banished My Bad Breath and Gum Disease For Life that will give you the information you need to for your own natural bad breath remedy. One thing you may find interesting is that some of the commercially available oral care products may contribute to bad breath.
Home remedies for bad breath can be found in many places around the internet but I strongly recommend that you educate yourself before using any remedy to end your bad breath.

Lowering blood pressure without drugs is possible if you know how and are willing to take action.
High blood pressure is called ‘The Silent Killer‘ for a very good reason. Most people do not feel any symptoms with high blood pressure. Unless it is discovered during a physical. Most people learn about the problem when they have a stroke, another medical problem associated with high blood pressure or they die from the medical problem their high blood pressure caused.
The series of articles on minerals talked about the role the different minerals play in your nutrition and health. Several of the minerals either directly or indirectly play a role in raising our lowering blood pressure. The right minerals in the right form are acquired through the right supplements and a good diet. The role these minerals and water play in maintaining your overall health cannot be stressed enough.
Yoga and other cardio workouts help reduce your stress which also helps in lowering blood pressure when performed properly and consistently.
Your doctor can write you a prescription for expensive drugs to control your high blood pressure and these drugs often come with side effects as bad as if not worse than your hypertension. Most doctors cannot teach you enough natural methods for lowering blood pressure because the traditional medical training does not include enough classes on nutrition if they include any at all. Put bluntly, your doctor does not know how to naturally lower blood pressure.
You can find out about minerals and some information on nutrition on this site but we do not have a complete and easy to system on how to naturally lower blood pressure that is free.
When we encounter quality and well researched products like the Silent Killer Exposed ebook we recommend it rather than taking the time to duplicate something that has been done well. Lowering blood pressure without drugs and their side effects and the quality of the product or service should be your primary focus.

You may be able to prevent an asthma attack from happening. You and your health care professional are the only ones to really know if an asthma cure exists for you but you must be willing to think outside of mainstream medicine.
Most people accept asthma as a chronic disease of the respiratory system that will always be with them. If this were true, I don’t think you’d see some children with asthma grow out of it as they age.
According to Wikipedia, Asthma is a chronic disease of the respiratory system in which the airway occasionally constricts, becomes inflamed, and is lined with excessive amounts of mucus, often in response to one or more triggers.
Asthma Symptoms
Some of the common symptoms of asthma are wheezing, tightness in the chest and a shortness of breath.
Asthma Triggers
An asthma attack may be triggered by one or more of the following:
- Food
- Allergens
- Cold air
- Warm air
- Exercise or exertion
- Stress
- Medications
- Polluted air
- Food allergies
- Fatigue in children
- Hormonal changes in adolescent females, during menstruation and pregnancy may trigger an asthma attack
- And a viral infection similar to the cold virus may trigger asthma attack
Asthma in Children
Asthma affects up to 25 percent of urban children now. Many attribute the rise of asthma in both adults and children to pollution caused by greenhouse gases and more specifically pollution from automobiles. Asthma in a child is especially devastating because they cannot play in sports or enjoy outdoor activities during days that have air quality ratings of code orange or code red.
Eliminate the Need for Asthma Attack Treatments
An asthma sufferer thoroughly researched asthma so she could find a way to end her asthma attacks and end the expensive asthma attack treatments. She found her answer and became asthma free in a week. A clinical test was conducted on this asthma treatment in 1995 which showed its effectiveness and you can read more about this by reading the FAQ page at Be Asthma Free Naturally in 7 days.
You may not become asthma free like this woman but you may experience a drastic reduction in the medicine you need, the frequency of your asthma attacks and an improvement in the quality of your life. Isn’t the possibility of a better life and even one less asthma attack worth a visit to Be Asthma Free Naturally in 7 days?
