Many people wonder whether a cancer cure is a dream or reality when they hear the diagnosis for themselves or a loved ones. This article provides information so you can decide for yourself.
What is Cancer?
Cancer is a group of malformed cells that are out of control. They reproduce and clump together in ways that prevent the body from destroying them as it usually does cells that aren’t created as intended. Everyone makes cells each day that could become cancerous but healthy bodies can effectively destroy them.
People that develop cancer may have a genetic disposition towards it, their environment may provide toxins and poisons that adversely affect the immune system and malnutrition. People that are overweight or look healthy may be malnourished if they aren’t eating the right diet.
What causes Cancer?
Things we breathe, touch, put on our skin, in our hair and eat may contribute to the environment within our bodies that allows cancer to form and grow.
How should I treat Cancer?
Modern medicine tries to combat cancer with chemotherapy and surgery. Have you ever wondered how cutting out part of your body then bombarding it with poison that weakens you to the point you are near death can be good for you?
An ever increasing number of people believe that we cause our cancer by what we eat and do. If what we eat, breathe and expose our bodies to cause our cancer then curing our cancer should be a matter of altering what we eat, breathe and do.
Healthy immune systems fight all diseases, including cancer. You strengthen your immune system with the right nutrition and exercise.
Everyone has to choose the medical treatment that’s right for them and their situation. The medical professionals you consult are guides that should help you choose what is best for you. These professionals may include main stream medical doctors, oncologist and naturopathic doctors.
Whether you choose surgery and chemotherapy, natural cancer cures or a combination of the two is a decision you make after consulting the professionals, your family and learning as much as you can about both mainstream and alternative treatments.
Search for information on chemotherapy and visit sites like WebMD to learn about the specific cancer you or a loved one has and traditional treatments. I strongly recommend you also read Natural Cancer Treatments in addition to your other research to see if a cancer cure exists or alternative cancer treatments are a good choice for you.

You may be able to prevent an asthma attack from happening. You and your health care professional are the only ones to really know if an asthma cure exists for you but you must be willing to think outside of mainstream medicine.
Most people accept asthma as a chronic disease of the respiratory system that will always be with them. If this were true, I don’t think you’d see some children with asthma grow out of it as they age.
According to Wikipedia, Asthma is a chronic disease of the respiratory system in which the airway occasionally constricts, becomes inflamed, and is lined with excessive amounts of mucus, often in response to one or more triggers.
Asthma Symptoms
Some of the common symptoms of asthma are wheezing, tightness in the chest and a shortness of breath.
Asthma Triggers
An asthma attack may be triggered by one or more of the following:
- Food
- Allergens
- Cold air
- Warm air
- Exercise or exertion
- Stress
- Medications
- Polluted air
- Food allergies
- Fatigue in children
- Hormonal changes in adolescent females, during menstruation and pregnancy may trigger an asthma attack
- And a viral infection similar to the cold virus may trigger asthma attack
Asthma in Children
Asthma affects up to 25 percent of urban children now. Many attribute the rise of asthma in both adults and children to pollution caused by greenhouse gases and more specifically pollution from automobiles. Asthma in a child is especially devastating because they cannot play in sports or enjoy outdoor activities during days that have air quality ratings of code orange or code red.
Eliminate the Need for Asthma Attack Treatments
An asthma sufferer thoroughly researched asthma so she could find a way to end her asthma attacks and end the expensive asthma attack treatments. She found her answer and became asthma free in a week. A clinical test was conducted on this asthma treatment in 1995 which showed its effectiveness and you can read more about this by reading the FAQ page at Be Asthma Free Naturally in 7 days.
You may not become asthma free like this woman but you may experience a drastic reduction in the medicine you need, the frequency of your asthma attacks and an improvement in the quality of your life. Isn’t the possibility of a better life and even one less asthma attack worth a visit to Be Asthma Free Naturally in 7 days?

Heart disease prevention is possible in most people if they are willing to make the effort. There are a few that have genetics working against them but a healthy lifestyle can even minimize those risk factors. Some of the things you can do to prevent heart disease are:
Drink Plenty of Water
Your body is made up of mostly water. Water carries nutrients to your cells, toxins away from your cells, helps regulate your body temperature and is necessary for optimal health. You can judge how well you are hydrated by the color of your urine. The darker your urine is the more dehydrated you are. If the color is almost clear or a very pale yellow, you are probably drinking enough water.
Proper Nutrition
A magnesium deficiency can cause a heart attack so making sure your diet contains all of the minerals it needs to function properly is vital. Most diets do not provide enough of the right kinds of minerals and vitamins but organic diets come closer than most. If your diet doesn’t provide enough nutrition take a liquid minerals and vitamin supplement where the minerals have been ionized. These types of minerals are ready for immediate use by your body. Minerals in pill form and ones that are not ionized cannot conduct electricity so your body cannot readily use them.
Manage Your Blood Pressure
Keep your blood pressure stable and in the normal range. A large part of your blood pressure control should be proper hydration, proper nutrition and stress management.
Cholesterol Control
High cholesterol or a cholesterol level that has the LDL and HDL levels in the wrong proportions is harmful to your health. The right kinds of foods in the right amounts will help you control your cholesterol. As we’ve discussed in other articles on this site, fruits, vegetables and fish can all help.
Avoid Obesity
People that are overweight add stress to their heart, often have high blood pressure and cholesterol levels are frequently not where they should be so eating right and exercising will not only help keep the weight down but you’ll also be helping keep your heart muscles strong.
Exercise Regularly
You should be doing stretches daily, strength training 3 times a week and cardiovascular training 3 times a week on days you aren’t strength training. The strength training helps build muscle strength which helps metabolism, circulation and weight control. Strength training also helps reduce stress.
Cardiovascular training helps strengthen your circulatory system which includes your heart and lungs. Cardio training is also a great way to reduce stress.
Reduce Stress
Stress in your life can help raise blood pressure, medical problems, work and a variety of other sources. Self help programs like the ones at Think Right Now have helped thousands of people reduce stress in many areas of their lives.
Stop Smoking
Smoking is an addictive habit that pumps poison into your body with every cigarette you smoke. Some of your B vitamins are depleted by this habit and it increases your risk of lung disease as well as heart disease and generally having a negative affect on your overall health.
A successful heart surgeon was so serious in his desire to help people he quit his surgical practice and works to teach people How to Prevent or Even Reverse Heart Disease Without Drugs or Surgery. Anyone interested in heart disease prevention needs to read this book.

The best sunburn treatment is to avoid getting a sunburn in the first place. Sunburns can not only burn the skin but they may cause premature aging and contribute to skin cancer. Some sun exposure is healthy because it helps the body produce vitamin D. If you stay in the sun long enough to tan, you are causing skin damage.
Exposure to the sun long enough to have your skin turn slightly red and be painful means you more than likely have a first degree burn and the first layer of skin is probably all that is damaged.
When you have a sunburn that causes blisters and swelling of the affected area, you have a second degree burn with multiple layers of skin that has been damaged and possible nerve end damage. Second degree burns whether caused by the sun or other sources are quite painful and can take awhile to heal.
Medications you may be taking and your skin type will help determine how quickly you may sunburn or have other problems from sun exposure.
Vinegar and hydrating your skin as quickly as you may help relieve the pain from sunburns. Sunburn treatments do help relieve the pain you feel but sunscreen, wide brim hats and protective clothing should be worn to prevent skin damage in the first place. Drink plenty of water and eating the right diet also helps protect your skin from burning as quickly. The ideal situation is to protect yourself and your loved ones so you never need a sunburn treatment.
