The Cause of Acne is NOT Food

While it is true that what you eat helps determine your health saying what you eat causes acne is a myth.

Think about the times when acne is most common:

  • Baby acne
  • Puberty
  • Menstrual cycle
  • Pregnancy
  • Adult acne – often during menopause or when under a lot of stress

The ONLY thing ALL of the above have in common is each and every one of them is a time when the body’s hormones are out of balance.

Your liver cleans and detoxifies your blood but at times of hormone overload it cannot keep up and your body will experience problems you don’t usually have.

A healthy diet that gives your liver and the rest of your body the minerals and vitamins they need to operate at their best will help minimize the affects of the hormonal imbalance but it isn’t realistic to expect no changes when your body is stressed.

I hear some of you men saying: “I don’t have the hormone swings kids and women have.” You DO have hormonal swings. When you engage in active sports that are competitive, your testosterone levels will rise. As you reach a certain stage of life, your testosterone levels will naturally fall.

Some men and women live highly stressed lives which can affect hormone levels and the ability of your liver to handle these hormonal changes will depend on your overall health.

Your acne, pimples, zits or whatever you choose to call them are created when your body cannot cleanse itself of the toxins and excess skin oil that creates a breeding ground that allows them to form.

The cause of acne is NOT food or some of the other myths you’ve heard but it is your hormones.

You can treat your acne with an array of commercial products or home remedies. Not all home remedies work for everyone and some even damage the skin instead of clearing up the acne. You might want to consider a product called acne free in 3 days because it has information that has been successfully used by others.

Wart | Mole | Skin Tag Removal

Warts

Warts are a rough tumor caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). This virus can be passed from one person to another by skin contact so you may be passing your warts to another. There are many over-the-counter treatments that may be used, prescription medicines and home remedies. Some of these offer temporary solutions, some no relief, some may leave scars and a few such as the methods offered in No More Moles, Warts, or Skin Tags™ actually has natural wart removal methods that last. Pantars warts, genital warts and common warts are just a few of the different types of warts you can naturally and permanently remove from your life. Too many of the others fail to get the seeds so the wart recurs.

Moles

The technical name for a mole is melanocytic naevus. Moles are often circular or oval shaped areas of skin that have a high concentration of pigment so they are darker than the rest of your skin. The moles on our body often develop during the first 20 years of our life but some babies are born with moles. Moles can either be flat or raised and they are more common on light skinned people than on naturally darker skin. Unless a mole changes, size, color or shape there is usually no medical reason for its removal. Clothing may irritate a mole or you may wish to have them removed for cosmetic reasons but the scars that are left by traditional treatments are sometimes worse than the mole. No More Moles, Warts, or Skin Tags™ uses all natural means and your ody’s or recuperative powers to help you get rid of moles without scarring.

Skin Tags

Skin tags are benign tumors that usually form in the areas of the body that have creases. Some of the areas are the neck, armpits, groin and eyelids with obese people, pregnant women and people with diabetes mellitus being the most likely to develop skin tags. Personal grooming and shaving can be affected by the presence of skin tags. Clothing or jewelry can irritate skin tags that are present too. While skin tags usually aren’t a medical concern they often affect our perception of ourselves or the ease with which we carry out our daily lives. Freezing these skin tags off is one method of removal that is used and electrolysis is another.

No single method is completely effective at removing warts, moles and skin tags for everyone. Many of the mainstream methods are expensive, ineffective, leave scars or are unpleasant. No More Moles, Warts, or Skin Tags™ uses all natural methods and many people see results in a few days using methods that utilize your body’s own recuperative powers to give you clear skin without blemishes. With a 60 day money back guarantee, you can’t go wrong because you can test the methods on your warts, moles or skin tags to see if you see natural removal happens for you.

Planters Warts: The Cause

As we’ve discussed in other posts, planters warts can be quite painful. This article discusses the cause, places the virus may spread and ways you can help prevent the spread of this problem.

Planters warts are caused by the human papilloma virus which is commonly referred to as (HPV). HPV usually enters the body through breaks in the skin. These can be simple cracks or open sores.

Spreading HPV from one part of your body to another or from one person to another is amazingly easy but not everyone will immediately get warts. Some of the ways you can spread HPV are:

  • Walking barefoot in public places such as locker rooms at your local gym, public swimming pool, country club or shower.

  • Sharing personal care items such as razors, towels, shoes or socks might allow the it to be spread.

  • Touching an infected area on yourself or another then touching yourself or someone else may pass it to the new location.

Just because you may come in contact with the virus doesn’t mean you will get a wart or planters warts on first contact.

Preventing planters warts and other warts is part common sense, part courtesy and part luck:

  • The first line of defense is proper nutrition. Good nutrition means healthy skin and a healthy immune system.

  • Proper hydration. If you are properly hydrated, your skin is less prone to cracks that will give it easy access to your body.

  • Wear flip flops in public areas such as locker rooms, gym changing areas, etc.

  • Wear flip flops in your own shower if you or your partner has warts.

  • Use a different towel to dry areas of your body that has planters warts from the rest of your body or save the wart infected areas until last for drying.

  • If you sweat heavily, either wear moisture absorbent socks or change socks frequently so your feet stay as dry as possible.

  • Wear different shoes each day so the shoes have a chance to dry out.

  • Try not to touch your warts then another area of your body or anyone else until you’ve washed.

  • Do NOT share personal care items such as towels, wash cloths, razors, shoes or socks with someone else. The person you are sharing these items with may be carrying it but not have any visible warts.

  • Try not to irritate or damage you skin because this gives it easier access to your body and once in it can start reproducing to create warts.

Once human papilloma virus enters your body, it may take several weeks for it to reproduce enough to create planters warts.

If you have warts or planters warts, there is no need to experience the pain and embarrassment they can cause you. No More Moles, Warts, or Skin TagsTM will teach you how to reclaim clear smooth skin just like a member of our staff did.
