Colon

You may have decided to lose weight but don’t fully understand how important it is to your fat loss to be healthy. Eating healthy and exercising may not be enough if your body isn’t receiving all of the nutrients you are consuming.

“The average person over 40 has between 5 and 25 pounds of build-up in their colon. Parasites of all sizes thrive in this indisposed residue of fecal matter, slowly but surely toxifying the whole body.” Dr. Bernard Jensen

The important part of the above quote when you are trying to lose weight is that you may be carrying around anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds of built up fecal matter. This means you may experience an immediate weight loss of 5 to 25 pounds just by doing a colon cleanse.

“Parasites are a major cause of obesity since they deprive the body of the proper nutrients and leave us only empty calories as leftovers. The body also starts craving more and more food as it is starved for the ever so needed vitamins and minerals.” Dr. Donald Kelly

The above quote tells us that failure to properly cleanse the colon leaves us susceptible to parasites that may invade our body and consume nutrients you need for optimal health. Since the parasites are eating the good nutrients, you are still hungry and eat more. As a result of this malnutrition and overeating, your body is likely to store some of the nutrition it receives as fat to help ensure survival.

“Elimination of undigested food and other wastes from the body is as important as the correct digestion and assimilation of food. I can think of virtually nothing more vital than the prevention of the danger posed by obvious harmful effects of toxic poisons resulting from neglect and inability to effectively eliminate waste and debris from the body. Too few realize that inability to effectively eliminate debris from the body leads to such strong decomposition and fermentation in the colon that neglected accumulation of such decomposing matter can easily lead and, usually does lead to slow death.” Dr. Norman Walker

Failure to eliminate the undigested food and toxic poisons mentioned above robs you of the energy you need to feel good, maintain your health and to properly burn the calories you consume. Some of these calories may lie in your colon undigested but some may be turned to fat.

Water delivers nutrients from your colon to other parts of your body where they are used. If you have undigested foods, toxic poisons and other waste in your colon the normal delivery of both waste and nutrients is disrupted.

“Of all the polite topics of conversation, the state of one’s intestines is probably at the bottom of most people’s lists. Let’s face it: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, gas, diverticulitis and colon cancer are simply not things we like to discuss. And yet, as the old expression goes, death begins in the colon. Don’t believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material.” – Vegetarian Times, March, 1998

You don’t have to risk your health by being over weight and carrying around waste and toxins that may cause problems. Weight loss and a healthy colon go together like a hand and glove so please consider a grabbing a colon cleanser free trial and or beginning a weight loss program and give your overall health a fighting chance.

colonThe medical community has been debating the need for colon cleansers for quite some time. This article is to inform you so you can make an informed decision.

The human body was designed with a diet high in fiber and water consumption in mind PLUS a lot of exercise.

Proper hydration according to an article I recently read can be figured out by taking your body weight and dividing it by 2 and this will give you the number of ounces of pure water you should drink each day. IF you are doing strenuous exercise or are in extreme weather conditions, your water needs may vary.

A high fiber diet, according to a couple of different sources, is 20-30 grams of soluble fiber for women and 30-40 grams of soluble fiber for men with the best sources being fruits, vegetables and whole grain cereals.

Daily exercise such as walking, strength training, aerobics or physical labor are also necessary to help promote colon health.

If you fall short in any of the 3 areas mentioned above, you may have hard stools, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation or diverticular disease and need a colon cleanser to help you clean out your system.

When your body was designed, many of the toxins you are exposed to almost daily weren’t part of life. The air is polluted by automobiles and businesses and you inhale some of these poisons every time you breathe. Processed foods may contain man made preservatives that don’t naturally occur in nature. White sugar and white flour do not help your body. Many people include fried foods, large portions of red meat and artificial sweeteners with very few vegetables or fruits in their diets.

If you fit this group, you may need to help your body get rid of these toxins and the extra waste once or twice a year by using a colon cleanser.

I invite you to check out the Colon Cure to see if the information helps you decide if you would benefit from a colon cleanser.

The Royal Academy of Physicians of Great Britain has made the following statement:

“90% of all disease and discomfort is directly or indirectly related to an unclean colon.”

They found that 36 types of toxins that can form in the large intestine, get into the blood stream and “literally” destroy our bodies. They can enter by various means: through the air we breath, the foods we eat, the water we drink, the medical treatments we use or undergo, the drugs we take (prescriptions, over the counter, tobacco, alcohol, etc), the cleaning agents and chemicals we use daily in and around our homes, work, etc.

All of this can and often does destroy the lives of people without them ever knowing the problem originated in the colon. Some of the diseases or problems that may start in the colon are colon cancer, obstructed bowel, irritable bowel syndrome and diverticular disease. Other diseases can start in the colon and may then get transported elsewhere in the body since the colon is the distribution center for the nutrients we consume. Candidiasis is one example of a problem that may originate in the colon but shows up elsewhere.

When our colon is unclean, we may experience one or more of these symptoms:

  • constipation or diarrhea
  • chronic yeast infections
  • chronic fungus on hand/toe nails or nails become brittle or lost their luster
  • getting sick or catching colds often (depressed immune system)
  • weight problems or rapid weight gain
  • acne – skin disorders or skin dry or pale
  • mood swings or depression
  • premenstrual syndrome more intensified
  • low sex drive
  • lack of concentration and or short term memory problems
  • sleeping problems
  • being prone to diseases
  • frequent headaches
  • chronic urinary tract irritation/infections
  • arthritic bone pains or rheumatism
  • allergies
  • gas – bloating – flatulence
  • general weakness and frequent/chronic fatigue or lack of energy or apathy

Here are some quotes that make you wonder about our food supply, water supply and medical community:

“I believe the single most undiagnosed health challenge in the history of the human race is parasites. I realize that is a pretty brave statement, but it is based on my 20 years of experience with more than 20,000 patients.” Dr. Ross Anderson

“Make no mistake about it, parasites are the most toxic agents in the human body. They are one of the primary underlying causes of disease and are the most basic cause of a compromised immune system” Dr. Hazel Parcells, D.C., N.D., Ph.D.

“In terms of numbers, there are more parasitic infections acquired in this country than in Africa.” Dr. Frank Nova, Chief of the Laboratory for Parasitic Diseases of the National Institute of Health

“We have a tremendous parasite problem right here in the U.S., it is just not being addressed.” Dr. Peter Wina, Chief of the Patho-Biology in the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research

“The incidence of parasitic disease in North America is skyrocketing because of increased international travel, contamination of the water and food supply (ed. Do you remember a few years ago 400,000 people in Milwaukee, almost half of that cities population, fell sick due to a water borne parasite which made its way into the city water supply?) and the overuse of chemicals, mercury and prescription antibiotics… Tapeworms, hookworms and a long list of amoebae are far more common in the North American population than conventional medical experts have led the population to believe… Parasites are found in highest concentrations in commercial pork products (bacon, ham, hot dogs, cold cuts, pork chops, etc.). Beef, chicken, lamb and even fish are contaminated.” Dr. Zoltan Rona

Dr. Thomas J. Brooks writes in his book Essentials of Medical Parasitology” Tapeworms are among the oldest parasites of the human race. Indeed, some species have become so well adapted to life in the human intestine, that the host (man) may be entirely asymptomatic.”

The following quotes tell me a good colon cleanse 1-2 times a year is as important as proper hydration and nutrition in preventing disease.

“The average person over 40 has between 5 and 25 pounds of build-up in their colon. Parasites of all sizes thrive in this indisposed residue of fecal matter, slowly but surely toxifying the whole body.” Dr. Bernard Jensen

“While toxins remain in the body, one can never really feel great, but as one cleanses their body and detoxifies it, their overall well-being dramatically improves… this way the secret to great health can be described in 3 words: Cleanse Your Body! Engrave these 3 words permanently in your memory.” Dr. Paul Bragg

We strongly believe in natural cures, remedies and treatments in addition to eating organic foods to keep our bodies as healthy as they can be. Your body is great at healing itself if you take the time and effort required to feed it the proper nutrition, exercise and keep your colon healthy so it can help prevent disease.
